Insta-Fame studios has been doing residential remodels since 1997. We are licensed through
state of Oregon CCB, license #244622, and are bonded, have contractors and workers compensation insurance. We are licensed to work on lead paint #LBPR244622. We are enrolled in the City of Portland residential "FIR" program. Ben Lund has a welding certification and an EPA 608 refigerant license.
We do, or have subcontractors that do, all stages of residential construction. We do hardwood floors, interior woodwork, windows, doors, gas lines, tile work, decks, foundations, insulation, HVAC. We do building design and permit plans drawing. We specialize on pre 1970 houses. We have extensive experience dealing with air sealing and retrofit insulation on older houses. We do smaller "handyman" jobs if scheduling is flexible.
